Brian brings significant experience from over twenty five years in the offshore oil and gas industry. In 2003 as Managing Director of Wellstream, the flexible pipe manufacturer, he was involved in the sale of the business to a private equity backed MBI. Since 2003 he has been interim managing director of Victor Products leading the restructuring and partial sale of the business and as a non executive director he was also responsible for leading the trade sale of Hedley Purvis realising a significant return for the family owners. He now holds non-executive directorships with Express Engineering, the Regional Technology Centre, Victor Products Ltd, Victor Products USA and Federal Signal UK Holdings Ltd whilst also advisor to various businesses assisting their growth and value realisation strategies.
